Online Courses
- For online self study programs and digital products. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, simply email us and we will return your money and revoke the product.
Workshops/Retreats
- Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of event will be refunded in full minus a $100 administrative fee
- Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice cannot be refunded. If we fill your spot, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 booking fee. (We will do our best to fill your spot.)
Immersions
- Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of the event will be refunded in full, minus a $200 administrative fee,
- Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will receive a full refund minus a $500 booking fee.Â
*Note: For in-person events, all participants receive a full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen conditions. Please note that weather conditions are unpredictable. If it rains, we will meet indoors and go on shorter excursions. If there is smoke or other natural environmental hazards in the area, we will change the event to a live, online Zoom and return a portion of the fee based on expenses.
