Private Mentorship & Online Group Programs

For private mentorship and online group programs, cancellation and refund policies are shared clearly before purchase. Each program has its own terms and guidelines, which you’ll be asked to review and agree to prior to registration.

If you have any questions about a specific program’s policy, please reach out before completing your purchase.

*Note: For in-person events, all participants receive a full refund if we cancel due to unforeseen conditions. Please note that weather conditions are unpredictable. If it rains, we will meet indoors and go on shorter excursions. If there is smoke or other natural environmental hazards in the area, we will change the event to a live, online Zoom and return a portion of the fee based on expenses.

 • The name of the product or program

 • A short note about your reason for the request

We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Refunds are offered based on the terms outlined for each product or program.
